Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Broken Product on Delivery

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
In this case, we will replace the product with a new one in perfect condition at no additional cost.
 Proof (photos or videos) may be required to process the replacement.



2. Product Not as Expected (Full Refund)

If the customer is not satisfied with the product because they expected a feature or benefit that was not mentioned or promised in our product description, we will issue a full refund of the paid amount.
 Your trust is important to us, and we always aim to be fair and transparent.



3. Customer Did Not Read the Product Description (No Refund)

If the customer did not carefully read the product description and expected features or results that were clearly not mentioned in the product details, no refund will be issued in this case.
 We strongly encourage all customers to read the full product description before placing an order.
